Talent Checklist
1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree in communications/ MMs/ MBA is welcome.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on agency work and performance marketing
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred
4. Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing
5. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Job Description
● Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.
● Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
● Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust strategies as needed
● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall campaign objectives
● Manage ORM
● Create regular social listening reports
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing

● We work 5 days a week from 9:30 to 6:30
